Wolves striker Sam Vokes will resume his loan spell at Bristol City this week after recovering from a hamstring injury. Vokes joined the npower Championship club on a five-month deal in August but was injured within minutes of making his debut as a substitute during a 3-0 home defeat to Millwall on the opening day of the season. The Wales international, 20, returned to his parent club for treatment and has now recovered sufficiently to link up with City again. However, he will not be involved when Keith Millen`s side face rivals Cardiff in the Welsh capital on Saturday. "Sam has been training with Wolves for a few weeks now, but he's not played any football," said Millen. "We'll have to assess his levels of fitness when he comes back to us on Thursday. "Whilst he won't come back into the first-team fold immediately, it's great to have him back and bolstering our attacking line. We're looking to schedule a reserve game for the end of this month and he'll be involved in that."
