The City defender, who had to withdraw from the Wales Under 21 squad for their match against Italy in Swansea on Friday night because he has not yet fully recovered from a virus, has been named in Wales boss John Toshack's 23-man squad for the game at The Millenium Stadium in Cardiff on Wednesday, 9th September.
