Mooney Not For Robins

Mooney has rejected a new contract at Swindon and reports earlier in the summer suggested that City were interested in the former Birmingham and Watford hitman.

However, manager Brian Tinnion has said that the club have no interest in Mooney now.

"He is a player we talked about right at the start but we don't believe he is the right player to bring here," Tinnion told the club's official website.
