"I was at Griifin Park for a short time as a young player so it holds a lot of memories for me. But, while the omens are certainly good for tomorrow, we still have to go there and put in a performance.

"Brentford have a few injuries so we don't really know what to expect from them. What we do know is that they desperately need a result because three of their next four games are away.

"They have gone seven matches without a win, which means their confidence cannot be high. But they will know from the law of averages and the fact that teams in our division are much of a muchness that their fortunes will change at some point.

"If we can score early the chances are that their fans will get on their backs so we will be looking to make a good start to the game."
