City to be the 'headline act'

BRISTOL City's players may be heading into a week of training with no Championship fixtures this weekend but the club's next live game is sure to be an interesting on.

Gary Johnson's men make the short journey across the West to visit Cardiff City's Ninian Park on 13th September and broadcasters ITV has chosen to use the game as the focus of 'The Championship' which will be broadcast the day after the game.

Matt Smith and the team will travel to Wales with the focus on the clash between the divisional rivals. The program, shown at 9.25 am will feature extended highlights from the Championship game plus interviews and reaction from both camps.
