City's opponents have won only once under their new manager, in the Carling Cup on Tuesday and are 33 games without a win in total a record which the boss hopes to extend to 34 games on Saturday evening.
He told the official website: "They've been a Premier League club and all but one of their run without a win was at that level. That's a very difficult place to get points. As soon as Paul can get a league result that will help and I'm sure there will be more to come."
"But it's going to be hard and we won't make it easy for them. We want to get a result ourselves and we are really looking forward to the game."
