CHAIRMAN of Bristol City Steve Lansdown has spoken on his delight at bringing Nicky Maynard to the club and believes that the signing shows the clubs ambition.

His new purchase has settled in well and been praised by Gary Johnson and was able to score a hat-trick on his debut leaving all parties bubbling with confidence,
